UpdateSubscription

Update the subscription.
Arguments:

loginEmail: Login Email of Spread.
APIKey: API Key of Spread.
subscriptionID: The ID of Subscription.
newSubscriptionName: New name of Subscription.
newDescription: New description of Subscription

return true if succeed.
